電梯導軌介紹
電(dian)(dian)梯(ti)導(dao)(dao)(dao)軌(gui)(gui)(gui)是(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)梯(ti)上(shang)(shang)下行駛在(zai)(zai)井(jing)道(dao)(dao)的(de)安全路軌(gui)(gui)(gui),導(dao)(dao)(dao)軌(gui)(gui)(gui)安裝在(zai)(zai)井(jing)道(dao)(dao)壁上(shang)(shang),被(bei)導(dao)(dao)(dao)軌(gui)(gui)(gui)架,導(dao)(dao)(dao)軌(gui)(gui)(gui)支(zhi)架固(gu)定連接在(zai)(zai)井(jing)道(dao)(dao)墻壁。電(dian)(dian)梯(ti)常用的(de)導(dao)(dao)(dao)軌(gui)(gui)(gui)是(shi)(shi)“T”字型導(dao)(dao)(dao)軌(gui)(gui)(gui)。剛性強、可(ke)(ke)靠(kao)性高、安全廉價(jia)等特點。導(dao)(dao)(dao)軌(gui)(gui)(gui)平面(mian)必須光滑(hua),無明顯凹凸不平表面(mian)。由于(yu)導(dao)(dao)(dao)軌(gui)(gui)(gui)是(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)梯(ti)轎(jiao)廂上(shang)(shang)的(de)導(dao)(dao)(dao)靴(xue)和安全鉗的(de)穿梭路軌(gui)(gui)(gui),所以安裝時(shi)(shi)必須保證其間(jian)隙。同(tong)時(shi)(shi)導(dao)(dao)(dao)軌(gui)(gui)(gui)在(zai)(zai)電(dian)(dian)梯(ti)出現超速事故時(shi)(shi)要(yao)承受制停(ting)電(dian)(dian)梯(ti)的(de)要(yao)任,所以其剛性不可(ke)(ke)忽(hu)視。
